WHAT IS INCLUDED?
With this level of report, I will describe the general condition of the property. Urgent defects that are visible will be highlighted and potential legal issues may also be identified. Typically, the lowest priced of the three levels of survey (minimum of four pages).
Comprehensive Report
SURVEY LEVEL 2
This survey is the one chosen by most people; and is the choice for most properties that are in reasonable condition.

Previously known as a Homebuyers Report.
WHAT IS INCLUDED?
This is the most common report that residential homebuyers require. It gives a good level of detail for the property and the areas that may need some repair. General repair advice is given and this includes photographs. Mid-priced of the three levels of survey.
Top-tier Detailed Report
SURVEY LEVEL 3
This is the most thorough survey available; it provides a comprehensive analysis of the structure and condition of the property.

Previously known as a 'Building' or 'Full Structural' survey'.
WHAT IS INCLUDED?
Depending on the size of the property, it may take a whole day to complete the inspection. The report is often over twenty pages long and is a good option if you are buying a property that is 50+ years old or in poor condition. Also worthwhile if you have major concerns about the property or are planning to do significant work.
