In short, Steve is very friendly, professional, thorough, and helpful - I would recommend his services to anyone!

Prior to committing, we discussed the survey options available. Steve advised on a level 2 for the property I was looking at, and I was very happy with the results from following his advice. His turn around time was quick, he provided a very comprehensive report within 3 days of the survey, and he gave me a phone call to discuss his findings and to answer any questions I had (with the offer for further phone calls, should I have further questions). The information he provided was clear, thorough, and easy to digest.

In my specific instance, he was able to highlight some serious concerns with the property, which lead to me renegotiate on the property - Steve’s expertise have ultimately saved me a lot of stress and a lot of money, after highlighting problems that wouldn’t have had the expertise to observe nor appreciate the magnitude of, so I can’t thank him enough for the fantastic service he’s provided.
